Wanna really pizz her off? Tell her copays don't count towards max out of pockets. WHAT THA! I found that little gem out after months of 3x and 2x a wk Peri visits. Granted she may never reach it with a whopping $5, it's fun.
you need a sign that says 'closed', 'next window please', or 'find someone that gives a crap, just pay it.' Put it up when they start acting like that.
I think I'll try that for groceries, eating out, and gas! And what about the have 3 kids, get the fourth on free? I mean, if you've already paid your monthly due, why keep having to pay? I have to wonder if she really really believes this is how it works...

You should begin by saying "That will be 100 bucks. When she starts freaking out, then you can say, "Oh I'm sorry-It's just 5." Problem solved.
