Kelly and I spotted this one at Rio the other day. Yeah, its all her hair. And like a whole can of aqua net. The guy she's with is on to us, but I couldn't pass this one up.
That is cute for her. My boss has her hair done like that and she uses a..my word..I forgot what it was called but its like a squeeze gun and she squeezes this clear stuff on her scalp kinda layered throughout her hair and it makes her hair stand up like that too. They make it for women who have really really straight hair and no volume haha it really does its job alright.
