Craiglist Couch

Recently Alex and I got a new couch. I never buy anything new in the store. So I hit Craigslist.com. I ended up finding a decent one for pretty cheap but I found a lot of others that were waaay over priced. I made a template for Craiglisters to use when pricing a couch:

original cost = $XXX.XX
minus $100 cause you listed it on Craigslist
minus $30 for every year old
minus $50 per stain or hole
minus $75 if you have to put a slip cover on it to make it decent
minus $100 if you smoke/have kids and or pets
Craigslist price = $xx.xx



listed for $80 priced with the template = free if you haul

listed for $150 priced with the template = $30

listed for $200 priced with the template = $75

listed for $150 priced with the template = $30

listed for $100 priced with the template = $10
